”This is an absolutely wonderful studio apartment that is very spacious, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. It is just steps from the beach and the patio is charming. Pool is as warm even in October. Check in and out was easy and the gist was kind and responsive. I will definitely stay here again. ”

”Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay.”

”Shorebirds 132 is a fabulous unit with a stupendous, panoramic ocean view. We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before but this one outshines all past visits. Inside, the furnishings are fresh, clean, and very attractive. The gorgeous kitchen had everything we required to prepare most all our meals there - more time to soak up the view.As for our host, Nicole was very helpful and responsive when we texted with a few questions.Note: the third floor requires going up one flight of stairs, so there’s more...
