”Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.”

”A must stay in Thousand Oaks! Pictures don’t give the views justice. Amazing views of the mountains, perfect size for families and easy access to freeways and local grocery and food options. Would 1000% recommend and stay again next time in southern cal.”

”The place was tastefully decorated with the little patio that we enjoyed wine and snacks in the evening. Very quiet area but minutes away from Monticeto in Summerland. Just off the cruise is easy access to get anywhere you want to go. My dog Charlie especially enjoyed the patio as there was a great area for him to enjoy the sun!”

”Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom.”
