”No housekeeping service for 3 days, no fresh towels no cleanup no bed preparation no cleaning, no nothing!!!. Key wouldn't work in the door. No basic s like shampoo, lotion and soap was a little bar. The parking lot was so small it was drivers training just to pull out after parking. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor tiles and wouldn't fully open.”

”There are no curtains, only blinds so really no privacy and a lot of light comes in early in the morning. Bathroom heater did not work. We booked a 6 night stay and only had 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. More towels were needed and hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen were needed. Dining table chairs were not sturdy when sat on and couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. ”
