”We loved this place. Clean rooms, cute setting. Overall it was a great time, we hope to come again.”

”I had a great time staying at the Country Oasis This place is very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate - from detailed instructions in how to use the hot tub to well-labeled closets and cupboards. I appreciated the host's attention to detail throughout the apartment. The pool and hot tub are amazing features and I looked forward to both after long days of hiking and exploring the area. This place is a quick drive from shops, restaurants and activity, but is in a secluded area and feels very...

”I was looking for a quiet place to stay near many different outdoor adventure destinations, and found it here. My host provided helpful instructions to prepare me for my stay, and the guide book in the guest house had valuable information on local area attractions.”

”The studio was immaculate and the couch and bed were very comfortable to sit on and sleep on The air conditioning was great as was the staff and parking I will be back again and I highly recommend staying here”

”No spa. Pet friendly. ”

”this was a very neat cozy apartment, perfect location. One block from Main Street in Middletown. Very clean, great host, five star.”

”This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.”

”Very warm cozy place with easy access and a beautiful backyard view. Stayed here for a trip to Harbin Hot Springs (10 minute drive) during the daytime. Very convenient. 5 min. walk to the quaint main street with a few great restaurants and grocery store.”

”Pros:• Great location. I walked around downtown, and frequented Lower Park. It's a lovely neighborhood with wide streets and tons of trees.• The fan in the living space and the shade around the bungalow kept the temp really manageable without having to blast AC on the 92 days I was here. • It's comfortable and cute inside. Great for my solo lounging activities. The theme/decor is fun and adds dimension, and I appreciate the various spaces to put stuff (shelf, trunk, dresser, etc), and room to...

”We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time.”

”Very nice”

”Everything was lovely. Will stay again and recommend :)The one thing that wasn’t great, is the neighbor across the alley was smoking and it was coming into the cottage. Also the podcast he was listening to was a bit creepy.Thank You We Had A Nice StayJeff & Teri”

”Sweet place. Easy to find. Loved the outdoor area.”

”The host was fine. The room was ok at best.I would not rebook at 1/2 the rate.Just not what was expected. Must be old listing pictures.Less than desired for the rate.”

”I had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location.Just a few small suggestions that could make future guests' stays even better:The baking sheet provided didn't fit inside the oven, so it wasn't usable. The Wi-Fi was fairly spotty at times, which made it difficult to rely on for work or streaming. There wasn't anywhere to hang clothes, so adding a small clothing rack or a few more hanging options would be a nice improvement.Overall,...
