”Breakfast was less than amazing. Sparse to our taste. Entire property is showing its age. We understand it's under new ownership so perhaps it will be spruced up as it deserves to be. Great location- walking distance to historical downtown and next door to the Hadley Garden. Amenity in bathroom included a bottle of body wash and one tiny bar of soap. Bed was very high and it was difficult to climb into for a short guest without help.”

”The only place to stay near Mendocino! It’s enchanting and will elevate any vacation. While it’s truly a place to escape and very much geared for adults we had our two older daughters (14 and 11) and they were welcomed and treated like royalty while we were there. The food at the hotel is superb along with the staff. The staff is all local and they all had great recommendations, don’t snooze on everything they tell you to do and eat! We cannot wait to go back!”
