”I needed to visit the area at the last minute and I really lucked out with this home. You can tell you are staying in someone’s home not a house that has been “flipped” for short term rentals. It is super cozy with high quality furnishings and the kitchen is stocked better than anywhere else I’ve stayed. It’s hard to tell from the listing but there are 3 separate rooms for sleeping. One queen bed in one room, two twin beds in another room and a futon in the tv room. I visited to help a family...

”Great stay, perfect for our dogs. Big, fenced yard. Fun house, nicely remodeled and decorated. Simple and clean, not fussy. Good parking, neighborhood felt safe, nothing fancy. Walking distance to a cute market, neighborhood dog walking safe. Centrally located to enjoy Trinidad, Arcata, McKinleyville, etc. We would definitely go back to this property, local contact was friendly, organized and professional. ”
