”Sudip and Suchita( sorry If I forgot the name) were really good and after initial issue with room, Sudip stepped in and sorted the problem. He showed professionalism and made our stay for next 3 days exteremely good and enjoyable. Front staff were polite and accommodative and took care of us.”

”Western style hotel with rather good breakfast and a bit worn rooms. Surprisingly not much traffic noise (at least to 4th floor), but some very loud religious prayer calls are totally annoying. I think the hotel should discuss with neighbours to stop them or at least limit to day time. Windows are too dark, hardly any visibility. Doorman wants to open the door and carry your bag all the time. Somebody might like it, but I would prefer to do it by my own, I am not that lazy. There is error in...
