”Unique camping experience near the Great Sand Dunes. Spacious canvas tents with beds. Friendly staff. We loved the community bonfire and s’mores in the evenings. The to-go lunch packs and grill packs were great meal options. They have sand sled rentals. Our family really enjoyed our stay.”

”My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing visit to BV Overlook Lodging and Campground. The tiny houses we rented were clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We spent the evening around the gas fire pit, enjoying each other’s company and the amazing Mountain views. The campground staff (including Pumpkin, the camp cat) were very friendly and welcoming. Although the camp feels remote, it’s just a few short minutes from places to eat, drink and shop. Great property overall and we can’t wait...

”It’s about as scenic a location as you can imagine. There’s hammocks, fire pit, horseshoe pit, and disc golf available. Breakfast is yogurt, oatmeal, muffin, juice, and coffee. It wasn’t cold during our stay but I’m sure it would be comfortable even if it was cold with heaters, bed warmers, and extra blankets available. Kids loved it and we wish we had stayed longer.”

”Check-in was strange, but that may have been me being a Vrbo novice. We showed up and had to rummage through emails to find instructions as where was nobody there to answer questions. It took a few minutes to find the emailed directions, then it was a snap. The tent and bed clean were comfortable. There was some traffic noise from nearby highway (which died out late at night), but personally, it didn't bother me. I slept like a log. The entire valley was beautiful. I'd definitely stay...
