”We really liked the location and the cabin was really nice. The website made it look like the property was next to the lake but there was a road in between. The other small issue is that it distinctly stated there was a coffee pot in the room but we didn’t find one. The store was very nice and pretty well stocked and it was a pleasure talking with people who ran the place.”

”This place was awesome! Staff was helpful and super chill. Vibes were immaculate here. Tents were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were also well maintained, even though the mirrors in the bathrooms were NOT designed for short people XD To those looking to book, please note this place is completely off grid. It sits along a well maintained dirt road, and there is no electricity in the tents, bathrooms, etc. It wasn't a problem, just something to note. I wouldn't consider...

”The only complaint we had was with Expedia, who double booked our room. We were immediately called by the owner to let us know what had happened and they offered us a bigger space with the same price. The accommodated our needs and I really appreciated it. The place was beautiful!”

”Someone had spilled burnt wood/charcoal (from what?) just outside my rooms door and the major pieces were mostly picked up but not vacuumed during my stay. My other concern was that I could not figure out how to get consistently warm water to take a shower. I don't think the listing prepared me for such a large facility I was thinking it would be more quaint so indications to the vast size would have help me make an informed decision. ( I am not a resort skier )”

”Place was exactly as described. Very clean and check was a breeze. Great amenities such as the hot tub and sauna. A few things could be updated such as couch and TVs. I also think having a few basic ingredients such as salt and pepper to cook with would be appreciated. Overall great value for your money.”

”Unique camping experience near the Great Sand Dunes. Spacious canvas tents with beds. Friendly staff. We loved the community bonfire and s’mores in the evenings. The to-go lunch packs and grill packs were great meal options. They have sand sled rentals. Our family really enjoyed our stay.”
