”Buyer beware! Paid for extra protection and the day of the stay I couldn't find my purse and I was told I couldn't check in without my license and visa which were in my purse. I called Expedia and Ameristar and each of them blamed the other. I see this as Expedia's chance to do the right thing. They didn’t. I got the same response for both emails I sent. Been using Expedia for everything. Very disappointed. I am not using Expedia again. If you choose to, know the extra protection doesn't...

”The property was no frills. However, it was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good night’s sleep.”
