”Location nestled next to Rocky Mts. Beautiful views all around. Best vacation spot for any age! You never have to leave. So much to do. Hiking, horseback riding, pickleball,crafts and much more! Aspen were gorgeous and elk entertaining!”
”The room was very "hygge" ! Nice big comfy downy bed, new flat screen TV, big whirlpool tub, new shower, and a great big reading area with lots of filled bookcases. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The property is private and very picturesque. Also close to RMNP and Estes Park. ”
”The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!”

”Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies. Wild turkeys abound each day and housekeeping staff did a great job while we were out in the NP. ”
”We added on an extra night to our original stay . We were told we could stay in the same room , but then they said ee could not so we had to Move all our luggage and stuff into another room . Angie in the the front office was super nice . Very apologetic. Our second room was so small so not as nice as we had originally had. Overall though it’s a very nice mountain spot and we enjoyed our time in Estes !! ”
”We have stayed here before and we have always enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. When we order hashbrowns we expect the traditional hashbrowns. We expect the biscuits and gravy to come with sausage in the gravy, not be extra. ”
