”The staff were pleasant but the property has been allowed to go into terrible disrepair with holes in the tile by the tub, it took ridiculous effort to try and enter the door which would not unlock and then was so warped it was stuck, the “hot” water was luke warm, the toilet ran and ran - when mentioned to the staff they were aware of all of it but were not able to do anything about any of these issues. We went for the Missoula Marathon as did many of the guests but instead of accommodating...

”Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, property was pretty well maintained, (The grass near the water and the beach area was covered in goose poop. Couldn't really walk there or enjoy the area near the water because of it). It was a good place to stay with our dogs... lots of space to walk and sniff (other than near the water). It is an older hotel, and a bit outdated. The door to our room was a bit difficult to close. I wish the free coffee was available all day (not just in the mornings), or...

”This place has really gone downhill since ce we stayed here a few years ago. Our room wasn't vacuumed, trash can under sink was full, the nightstands had coffee residue. And the building smelled bad. The room doors are left open for anyone to walk in before anyone gets to their room. Definitely look for something better.”
