Indulge in various water sports activities 500 m from the house. The town centre is 2 km away, nearby which you can find restaurants and general supplies store. At 1.5 km you can enjoy nightlife and just 2 km from the house you can rent a bike and plan excursions. A day at the seashore 4 km away can also be planned from this house.

A garden door provides access to the sheltered garden and the terrace with comfortable garden furniture where you can enjoy delicious food prepared in the open kitchen. Bicycles are also available in the house for the guest and the place has ample parking space for your vehicles.
