”Staff friendly, efficient and easy to talk with. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food options apart from breakfast and Sunday lunch were limited. Unfortunately the menu in the Terrace was not very good, we didn’t go into the Hugo or main dining room so we can’t judge the options there. The waiting staff had to wait on the Terrace and the dining rooms which on one evening just couldn’t cope. A nearby hotel had a fantastic restaurant and bar menu which shouldn’t be difficult to replicate at the...

”Beautiful property and staff. Everywhere in the hotel is so well looked after, decorated and furnished. Plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy a drink, the atmosphere and views of the garden. The staff were so friendly, caring and helpful and genuine - you never felt they were doing things just because it was their job to do so. It was a real pleasure to stay and I would highly recommend it”

”We had a very big room, the main room was already very big but then there was also an another sleeping room where was a bunk bed, so it would be good for 4 persons to sleep. Our room was on the street level so the views were to the street and front yard, but there still wasn't any problem with any noise from the street. Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. And there was also coffee- and tea-making facilities in the room. And cookies! :P Pool looked very good, but we didn't try...
