”We did not like the food choices. Was surprised by the undisclosed report fee reveled at checkout. Extreme distance from lobby to room. Otherwise, lovely property friendly staff and wonderful outdoor environment. ”

”I am always treated very well here. All staff gives exceptional customer service. I only gave a three to the property because some of it is a bit dated (carpet in my particular room, buttons on elevators, some of the fitness centre, hot tub). Good breakfast.”

”We stayed one night at a double bed ensuite room and were really happy with it. The location is perfect in the centre of the old Quebec. The room was nicer than we expected from a hostel room - wooden floors, old furniture, wide window sills and thick curtains. The bathroom was new, clean and spacious. We also had a fan in our room. The only minor complaint that I can think of is that the floor in our room was really squeaky, but that is the price you pay for the old building's charm. There were...
