”Delious buffet breakfast. Property is tired and has slipped from previous years. Resort bedrooms require upgrades and needs attention to detail. Check room 234....bathroom grouting, bathroom mirror has white paint spattered around the edges ,TV is in a poor position and plastic glasses for a "4" star resort!!!! Bedroom bedcover and pillowcases not pressed. The dining room table cloth and napkins are not pressed....why is that as it looks terrible.”

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”The “spa” was terrible. The cold plunged they advertised was completely shut down and closed off. The hot tub was filthy. I spent 15 minutes skimming the hair, bugs, and yellow foam out so my daughter could get in.
