”This place was the cheapest in the region at this point, so I picked that one. Great road from Jasper to Hinton, so those 80 km is just a pleasure to drive-animals, nice views. Good restaurant in same building, so there is no need to go out. very quiet at night, even next to big road. Free coffee available, polite service. A bit boring, as TV offered not too much channels. And microwave was not functioning properly. But: cheaper than in Jasper anyway! ”

”This was a pleasant experience at the Overlander. All staff were very easy to interact with and quick with recommendations and local insight. Of particular note was Rishi at the front desk. He possesses exemplary customer service skills and is a very polite and mature representative of the property. Being outside of Jasper itself was a new thing for us, and we enjoyed the local trails and craft brewery nearby, while using it as a base for day trips. Breakfast quality and service were as awesome...

”It’s a dated lodging, but everything is pristine. So so happy with our stay. Close to everything, huge savings as we are not at the hotel much, truly a place to stay. The small updates they have done make a big difference- tub, entrance tile etc. super pleased with our stay. Beds aren’t comfy, but honestly, for the price, and the pristine-ness, we didn’t care much! We will be back!”
