”We stayed in a Signature Premium Suite and can't fault the room at all. It was in good shape, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly and the golf buggy shuttle provided by the hotel was very helpful, especially when it was raining. The food at the bar was lovely, as were the drinks. ”Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. ”Heritance Kandalama sijaitsee todella kauniilla alueella, näkymät järvelle ovat upeita. Infinity pool on todella kaunis (hotellissa on myös 2 muuta uima-allasta), ruoka on hyvää. Panorama-huoneesta on hyvä näkymä järvelle ja oma parveke. Hotelli on kuitenkin vähän ränsistynyt ja vaatii kunnostusta. Työntekijät ovat mukavia mutta kaikki eivät osaa englantia. Henkilökunta ei myöskään osaa neuvoa alueen turstinähtävyyksistä ja tarjoavat todella ylihinnoiteltuja (yli kaksinkertainen hinta) takseja...

”Sad case of lovely hotel falling into decay after Covid. We four were only guests for our two day stay. Staff could not do enough but could not find booking, pool very neglected and rooms although enormous could do with a large amount of tender loving care. One I hope succeeds in the future.”

”We stayed Moi Dambulla for 3 days. It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Its also really close to the Golden temple and can get to Sigirya easily. The staff members were excellent and went above and beyond. The place is very clean, I wasn’t keeping well on the day of checkout and the staff very kindly let us checkout late because of me. They also cooked us meals. Erande, the manager I believe and the staff were really great, we definitely recommend the stay. ”
