”Millpond is a perfectly appointed holiday home. It was an absolute delight to stay here and it will be the first place I look on my next trip to KI. All the little details are there - platters, spices, tools for seafood, puzzles/books for rainy days. The front verandah was a lovely place to relax, watch the dolphins, birds and see the wallabies :)”

”An ideal location for the ferry. The house has great views. Modern with everything that any type of traveller might need. When the road works are completed there will be easier access to the main body of rhe Island, albeit as it currently is, we had no problems.”

”Over about a week we stayed in a luxury tent and an ocean front villa. Both were clean and well equipped. Wifi wasn’t the best. The luxury tent had a very small kitchenette and of course didn’t have great insulation so when the sun came out the walls got warm. When it was windy the tent flapped around a bit. ”We only stayed here on night, but it would have been easy to stay longer. Our basic room was quite nice and pretty large. All rooms have an ocean view and there is a nice walking path just across the street. Its about 1.2 km walk to the ferry, and very close to the main restaurant bar. Also very close to Hertz - Thrifty rental car. The hotel itself has a nice little cafe attached and is up on a bluff, so has a very nice vista . Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Nothing not to like!”
