”El alojamiento muy limpio, todo nuevo y el barrio muy tranquilo”

”Lovely venue slightly away from the city center and other hot spots, so expect a lot of metro or taxi rides to get to where you want to go. The flipside is, our room that was directly facing the intersection in front of the hotel, was lovely and quiet with the exception of the occasional heavy accelerations. The hotel itself was in perfect condition, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our one-week stay. The rooftop terrace was a really nice little oasis of calm, and...

”Jose, Ivan ja Carolina vastaanotossa tekivät kaikkensa auttaakseen matkaajia.”

”The location was amazing, the unit was great and the bed super comfy!! The bathroom was super clean and the kitchen very nice and complete with all the utensils and appliances. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby! Highly recommended!”

”Me gustó las habitaciones y el servicio y la ubicación pero la comida al cuarto no estaba muy buena. Por lo demás si volvería y la recomiendo.”

”Great location and very friendly staff. Would visit again. ”

”Erinomainen palvelu ja tarjoilu sekä siisteys. Kaikki toimi kuin unelma, joustavasti ja hyvin. ”

”Erittäin laadukas kokonaisuus; hotelli, aamiainen, sijainti ja palvelu. Loistava sijainti kauniilla turvallisella alueella. Tulisin uudelleen.”

”Totem is a were nice hotel with friendly staff and great location. Metro station is just one block away. I really can recommend it. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Hotel should really change the breakfast concept. It was included to my room price but it was so frustrating that I used it only two times during my four night stay.”

”This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love...

”Nice big room with small kitchen. Clean and quiet. Did’t use any other facilities in the hotel. Ok location. Walking distance from shopping areas. Metro station close by. ”

”Really good breakfast.”

”Siistit tilat ja helppo kirjautuminen, sujuva asiakaskokemus.”

”Todella siisti ja iso huone. Aamiaistilat todella upeat. Hyvä palvelu. Metro ja iso kauppa aivan vieressä. Suosittelen!”

”Great Area, easy reach to central Madrid by bus. Also on a walkable distance to the Real Madrid stadium,. Property was clean, nice and tidy. All the basics you need for a few days stay in Madrid. I'm very impressed. I would stay here again on our next time Madrid trip.”
