Only downsides were: (1) kitchen lacked some cookware items that would have been helpful to have (ie there was no cookware that could be used in oven in our unit); (2) the combo washer/dryer was standard troublesome. This are incredibly picky criticisms and are of at outweighed by the surprise perks (fully decked out gym and this is great quality and value for what we paid.”

”Vierailumme osui hiljaiseen aikaan ja meille tarjottiin upgradausta. Otimme sen vastaan ja saimme todellakin vastinetta rahoillemme. Red-level oli upea kokemus.”

Las camas no tienen almohadas individuales sino almohadones grandes que son un poco incómodos porque son muy delgados y no cumplen su función, pero eso es de gustos. En cuanto a la terraza y la piscina increíble su espacio y servicio. El gimnasio y spa de súper lujo, son una buena opción. ”

"Yövyimme kolme yötä ja viihdyimme ilmastoidussa hotellissa erittäin hyvin alusta alkaen. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja mukavaa. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja maukas. Tietysti uima-allas katolla on luksusta. Siellä oli mukava viettää aikaa helteisen Madridin keskustassa, kun oli tarve huilata shoppailun ja nähtävyyksien katselun välissä."
"when booking the room information said that there was air conditioning, but there was not. The room was really hot, even if we switched the heating first to minimum and then completely off. You could only sleep when we moved the beds to the front of the window and opened the window. Respa ignored our complaint, they just asked us to adjust the heating ourselves. There was a night club next door, so we couldn't sleep much during our vacation when we had to keep the window open.
The quality of cleaning was not good. On a couple of occasions, towels had also been left unbrought. General facilities worn out, e.g. holes in the walls. When taking a short shower, the water flowed into the hall. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the only decent thing.
