The elevator was not working! My husband and I booked a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette for three nights. Our room was on the Fourth Floor. We had to walk up and down four flights of stairs each time we decided to leave to go anywhere. At least we got our daily dose of cardio. Oh, and the ice machine is on the First Floor. FYI.
The person at the Front Desk wasn’t unpleasant, but could be friendlier. They did not greet me with a “Hello!” Or “How are you?” The only thing they said to me was: “ The elevator is out of order. Sorry. We will charge your credit card $50 for incidentals. Sign this.” Then, they gave me a pen and a form to fill out for parking. That was it. They did not mention anything about breakfast, laundry or any other amenities that were available. When they handed me the keys to the room, they told me the room number and where to find the WiFi password.
The Cleaning staff was very friendly, always said hello, and smiled/waved each time they saw us.
The room was a great size and was clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The hotel is pet friendly. FYI. We did see one very small roach. But, that was it.
