HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
