Guests will have access to the entire home except for one bedroom, the third floor, and the basement. The third floor and one bedroom are blocked off as this is the "mini" version of the full home. The washer and dryer are accessible and located on the second floor of the property.

You are also walking distance to Westport. Uber is always a great resource for transportation and you can get to most places in Kansas City within 20 minutes from this location.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is NOT a fully fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
