History:
Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Inspired by the architecture of Spanish marketplaces, Nichols began transforming swampy land in 1907. Inside The Plaza Edition, you’ll find a comfortable king bed, cozy living area with a small couch and smart TV, and a full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The enhanced coffee bar includes a K-cup coffee maker, drip coffee maker, French press, and pour over. There isn’t a separate dining area, but a large island with barstools for two serves as a convenient and cozy spot to enjoy meals.

*PETS - We do not accept pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
