”Cultivar Lodge was lovely! Hotels.com had placed four adults into a 15m2 room, but luckily the lovely staff at Cultivar was able to organise us bigger apartment. The apartment (Pinotage) was just perfect. The view was amazing, room beautifully decorated and customer service excellent! Nevertheless, it is good to understand that there is no food available after 5 pm. The closest winery / restaurant is within 10 min drive and table reservation is needed. ”

Todos são muitíssimo atenciosos e desde o momento do check-in já fomos acolhidos de uma maneira carinhosa e atenciosa. Todos se esforçam para tornar a estada dos hóspedes melhor. ”Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...

Did not meet expectations for a 5 star hotel

"The valet service, the family suite and the Taj lounge on second floor exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately the experience from pre-paid dinners at the Mint restaurant and the total lack of hotel recognition for my birthday for round years, were below our expectations for a 5 star hotel."
