”A 5 star hotel is a complete misrepresentation of this hotel and the Privilege package should be investigated as fraud! Just had a disappointing 8 day stay and feel ripped off as we opted for the Privilege’ package! All the food at the restaurants was poor at best so your best option was actually the buffet!
