”They seem to be understaffed. You have one person managing the front desk and the bar area simultaneously. When you can get anyone to help you the staff is courteous. The front desk closed at night. Be sure to have everything you need before they close for the night!”

”This is a beautiful property. Very upscale on a lovely bay with gorgeous water. The all inclusive buffet was always great with a variety of types of local cuisine, seafood, stews, fresh fruits, breads, salad, pasta and more. Changes every day and every meal. The coffee bar is really good, as was the beach side snack shop. My room was lovely… huge… with a view of the ocean from balcony. I was there from Sunday to Wednesday and it was very quiet. It felt like there was more staff than guests, but...

”The cafeteria closed the kitchen Sunday at 3:00 P.M. ; offering only coffee and drinks. On Monday it was closed all together.
Monday morning was our checkout; the front desk was closed and did not open until 9:00 A M. This was after I had a housekeeping member call. The soap dispenser in the shower is no longer used, so they offfered us these tiny hand hand soaps instead.”
