”The breakfast is great, the pool is big and has a nice kiddy pool for families. There is a beach walking distance and if you rent a car it is easy to find other cool areas of Puerto Rico to enjoy. If you go to a hotel to watch TV then the cable options won't be appealing but I don't go to a hotel to watch TV.”

”Wynham Grand Rio Hotel is by far the best hotel experience l have ever had. I have to saythat the customers service was top of the line(At least my experience). They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back...

”Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$. We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard. Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though. ”Prices are higher than ever , new management its all bout money and greed. the only way anyone smiles there is only if you tip them. The stay at the beach was painful as all the palapas / umbrella's were taken and you have to pay $40 daily to have an umbrella that barely protects 2 people.. even free water at the lobby now has one that needs tip to give you a tiny cup. ”

”Beautiful resort. Invested to the view. Food is average in all restaurants except French , Hoya 19 and on adult side one; better bar lounges on palace side. Bad organized all restaurants . Missing a lot of information for stay . Not so nice beach and missing umbrellas from the beach . Bars far alway from the beach . Flamingo on golf side ! Unfortunately the Premium level in accordance higher price do not get so much as could be. No alcohol to the rooms , no feeling any special:(”

Otherwise it was only available upon request with gratitude fee. All restaurants were also fully booked the time we stayed at Atlantis. Staff was friendly and helpful which was positive. Consigliere on the lobby also helped us organize great trip to Exuma with Bahama Boys - 10/10 for that trip! For that money we did expect more from Atlantis but the resorts did offer plenty of entertainment which we did enjoy. "
