”Great place to stay”

”Parking easy, clean room. Found 3 rd floor quieter than 2 nd. Bed was also more comfortable. Shuttle service is very reliable.”

”Room was clean but the TV service and WiFi connection was poor the outlets where in bad shape we couldn't plug anything up with out it falling out.”

”Clean, Quite and Convenient ”

”Comfortable and clean room! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. elevator was down but I was able to get the last room on the first floor. Pool was really cold and could be cleaned. Rust in the tub. Fridge did not cool properly and took a full day to cool. Microwave works but the buttons weren’t functioning properly. My key didn’t work on my second day. I told the staff and was given another key! Very close to Knoxville! Overall I enjoyed my stay! I would stay again! ”

”This was the second Fairfield Inn we stayed at during a cross-country trip, and a disappointment compared to the previous Fairfield Inn night. The shelf in the shower was falling off the wall (caulked), the room's updating was not completed with quality work--the toilet paper holder was loose--the room was somewhat clean but not sparkling clean. ”Clean sheets and a good night's sleep. A little noise could be heard from outside, but it didn't really bother me.”

”The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. ”

”The only negative was that there was no yogurt, fruit, toast or bagel offered in the breakfast area.”

”Upon seeing I booked 2 rooms, Sadie put us into adjoining ones, perfect location for the night. ”

”Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

”I smelled like smoke. The carpet felt icky the furniture was all scraped up or worn out like something happens in the room and the breakfast was peanut butte crackers granola bars and cereal. ”

”This place is TERRIBLE! We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean. There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for...
