Silkkaa luksusta
Hiukan syrjässä vilkkaimmalta Kata Beachin alueelta, mikä näkyy rauhallisuutena mutta toisaalta myös ravintolatarjonnan niukkuutena. Hotelli on kuitenkin täyttä priimaa, samoin kuin palvelutaso. Pienet, lähes huomaamattomat yksityiskohdat tekevät vierailusta täydellisen vaivattoman kokemuksen. Esimerkiksi uima-altaalla on jatkuvasti tarjolla kuivia pyyhkeitä ja vettä, välillä käytiin jopa tarjoamassa kuoharilasillinen raskaan auringonoton lomassa... Hotellilla on myös lomailijan kannalta vaatimaton mutta tarpeen täyttävä kuntosali.

Erinomainen hotelli, palvelu ykkösluokkaa yksityiskohtiaan myöden. Villa tilava, siisti ja toimiva. Rauhallisella ja mukavalla paikalla. Usein kuvat nettisivuilla valehtelevat/liiottelevat, mutta ei tässä tapauksessa. Monenlaista hotellia tullut koettua, mutta taitaa tämä mennä ykköseksi

We absolutely loved the shore and fell in love with not only the beautiful resort but the staff as well. All of the staff were very warm and accommodating and we really fell in love with Nicky, Palmy and Ronnie specifically. We stayed at the Shore for our honeymoon and were truly blown away with all aspects of this place. We would love to come back one day.

The view was great from the villa - although it was not possible to look at the beach from our villa 8893 as it was described in the booking. Everything seemed to be a little bit outdated and needs some renovation. For that price you would expect an even higher standard. People were friendly - at the pool and in the two restaurants the service was poor.

What should I say about this fantastic luxury hotel in Kata-Noi? Every cent that I have spent in this hotel has found its appreciation! We would like to definitely book this hotel for the next year and this will be our only stop in Phuket. And many thanks to Hotel guest service front desk, Mrs. Nicole. And managing for all the golf cart, driver, Sun, Ronnie, May, Johnny Lamborghini. Also, for whole team in the dining services, the welcome party on the beach , we are thankful for enriching our honeymoon in this hotel

The property grounds are beautiful and the views are amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was very good with a wonderful selection. Pool was very nice with great lounge options. Access to the public beach is easy and it’s an excellent beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to rent everyday. Buggy service is exceptional. Our villa in love had gorgeous views and was very comfortable. Spacious with nice storage and a comfortable bed. We used the pool everyday. The fitness center was nice with air conditioning and gorgeous views. The resort was very accommodating when my husband wanted to exercise earlier than its official open at 7:00 am. We had a wonderful time. If I had to suggest some changes I would: 1. Update the villa interior. While it’s very clean, the lighting and cabinetry are a bit dated and the villa is starting to show some wear and tear. 2. Our room had a strong odor that was difficult to identify. We figured out it came from the air conditioner. While it wasn’t unpleasant it was quite strong - like a deodorizer of some sort. It was overpowering at times. 3. We learned that the sprinkling system uses reclaimed water and when the sprinklers were in use around our villa, it smelled like sewer water. It was very strong which was not pleasant when we were outside using the pool. We didn’t mention it but it’s worth noting for people that are sensitive to strong smells or have asthma (like my husband). We would recommend this resort.

Stunning resort. Villas and their views are everything you could possibly want for a honeymoon or romantic break. Magnificent and wonderful stay
I had the best time in Thailand, I spent my birthday with them and it was amazing. the services, the atmosphere, the attention, it feels like a dream. I’am very happy and thankful to stay with them. Thanks to the services, the Ladies in the receptions, the Room service, the maids… all in general it. I highly recommend this Hotel if you want to have a very time. I will definitely come back next year.

The hotel is situated at the bottom of the road and overlooks the beach and sea. It's very quiet and secure. We came on honeymoon and the resort went out of their way to add special touches to mark the occasion. The reception is bright and inviting and the staff are helpful. There is a resort app which really makes things easier and enables messages to be sent to reception. There are golf carts which operate 24hours a day to take you around the resort and to your room. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and go out of their way to learn your name and make the experience a personal one. The resort is quite hilly but is beautifully kept and has numerous footpaths should you want to walk around and take in the grounds and scenery. The rooms are amazing. Bright and well decorated and well maintained. The views are amazing and the pool and reck area is an amazing touch. I stayed in a love suite and 2 bedroom villa. Both are spacious with excellent room facilities The food at breakfast was varied and tasty with a Thai A la carte menu which was cooked fresh and was always tasty. There is a good range of options. On the whole I can't fault the resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really to make a big difference to ensure a positive experience is had when staying in the resort. I would highly recommend.

特筆すべきはロケーションです。 プール付ヴィラに2泊しましたが、オーシャンビューは最高でした。 プールも適温に調整してあり、共用プールも楽しめました。プライベートビーチも綺麗で楽しく遊ぶ事が出来ました。 スタッフがフレンドリーでホスピタリティ溢れる対応で気持ちが良かった。 必ずここに戻ってきます。

The rooms, views and privacy are all incredible. The staff is very friendly, eager to please customers, and accommodating. The food is good, you can walk to nearby restaurants and they offer additional services for an excellent trip like romantic dining and excursions away from the property. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax or have a romantic get away.

Beautiful resort on amazing beach front
Amazing adult only resort geared towards service and couples. Every room seemed to have a view of the ocean and it’s own pool. Our room was amazing and very large. If you are not fit for walking inclines then there is a shuttle around the resort.

Property was really nice, beautiful room and view in the villa. I ordered the floating breakfast but it rained the next morning. Onsite food and beverages were reasonably priced. Very convenient cart/ buggy service around property and in community.

An Experience
From the airport it is quite a drive around 70 minutes. The check- in was smooth and we were greeted with a delicious fresh juice and snack. The Villa we had was superb with our very own private swimming pool and view over the hillside to the sea. Very comfortable large bed and terrific double shower. The only negative for me was the roller coaster mini buggy ride we had to take each time we needed to leave our villa as one could not walk to the lobby or restaurants as too hilly and no footpath. The breakfast was delicious as well as the other restaurants in the resort. However all in all it was a good experience.
