Dandy Villas are pleased to present to you one of the two accommodations in Agios Nikolaos Karpenisi, Evrytania, the "Rain Drop".

In our premises, in a three-storey fully renovated building, we can ideally accommodate up to 9 people (8 adults + 1 child).

Let's start the virtual tour: Entering from the main entrance of the house you face the dining room. Suitable place for weekend mornings and also for dinner. At other times, more "competitive", it becomes a space for board games for the whole family or group. How nice is it to gather together next to the warmth of the fireplace! Priceless!

In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a private bathroom with a shower. Sunlight is a pleasant caress from above. The French door on the same floor leads to the magnificent balcony with the panoramic view.

Going up to the upper floor (attic) through an internal wooden staircase, there is the living area (open space) with a sofa bed (1.40x1.90 cm) from where you can enjoy the fantastic view towards the village.

On the same floor there are two more bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed (2,60x1,20 cm) with a window on the side - where depending on the time - you enjoy either the strong sun or the stars in the sky.

In the second bedroom there are two single oversized beds (2,00x1,60 cm και 2,00x0,90 cm) where one person can sleep in each one. Here, there is the huge window overlooking the back of the house and a green landscape.

Going down from the kitchen downstairs there is a single room with a corner wardrobe near the king size bed (2,00x1,60 cm) made of tree trunks. In the same space there is the necessary bathroom with shower and in the bedroom there is a "smart" armchair - bed presumably for the child of the couple who will sleep in this master bedroom.

This last space has access to the courtyard of the house.

Regarding the yard of the house, depending on the time of year it is disguised as winter or summer setting with all the necessary outdoor furniture. Furniture that will give visitors the choice to live "the outside" as well as " the inside".

There is free parking outside the accommodation. In all areas of the house we have Wi-Fi so you can surf the internet whenever you need it.
