  • Tera Mare on maalaismainen huvila perinteisessä italialaisessa tyylissä ja nauttii maineestaan olla yksi parhaimmista 10 Lycian rannikon boutique-huvilasta. Siinä on lämmitetty uima-allas, amerikkalainen biljardipöytä ja ulkopuolella Jamie Oliver Pizza-uuni ja BBQ. Se on viehätys runsaasti. Kun kävelet lehtien läpi, löydät joukon värikkäitä sviittejä ja studioita, joilla on oma ainutlaatuinen sisustus, joka on rakennettu äärettömän lämmitetyn uima-altaan ympärille. Puutarha on helvetin kanssa bougainvillea, viiniköynnös, appelsiini, granaattiomena ja sitruunapuita. Sivustoltaan Kulube-rantakerhon Bay Villa Tera Maren yläpuolelta on upeat näkymät sekä sisälle että ulos. Se on viehättävä kattoterassi, siellä on surullisen kuuluisa 'Ten Tola Bar' ja oleskelutila, jossa perheet ja ystävät kokoontuvat aamiaiseen. Heaven on Earth and a Roof Top Bar

We had an absolutely amazing time in Kalkan and Kas. The rooms were very spacious which was important as my family is very large and the boys are all very tall. The king-sized beds - the en suite bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchen - outside tables and living areas - AND THE ROOFTOP BAR - made us all feel very comfortable and we all had our own space. The views were stunning and the entire travel party expressed their appreciation for such a lovely home - in a beautiful vibrant mountain-side mediterranean village - plenty to do and see - and only 30 MINS from Kas. Our house manager Kaan was very responsive to all our questions and provided recommendations - we would definitely recommend this home to other families and travelling parties.

All round great!

Fantastic - from booking and information prior to arrival and response to any queries was very good. Then on arrival at airport and transfer to be met at the property by Kaan in the early hours who explained everything we needed to know. He was then readily available by phone or text and again helped out with anything we needed and also sorted out a boat trip for us. The pool guy and staff who brought replacement water bottles and logs for pizza oven all very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. A big thank you to Kaan. Cheers!

Great family holiday in Kalkan

We decided to book Villa Tera Mare due to its large size (group of 10) & quirky features. Upon arrival the villa did not disappoint with a fantastic open plan kitchen/living space, plenty of outdoor seating & a good sized swimming pool. A few more sun-beds around the pool would have been nice but it didn't stop us making full use of the outside areas. The stand out feature has to be the rooftop bar which provides stunning views of the bay & is the perfect setting for evening drinks! Kalkan itself is a beautiful place with lots of restaurants & bars. Some are within walking distance along with a small supermarket (prepare for lots of hills though!) but a taxi to the centre is roughly 15TL so we headed there most nights for the extra variety. We'd definitely recommend staying at Villa Tera Mare. It's perfect for large groups & the quirky decor & features of the property add that little bit extra to your holiday experience!

Villa Tera Mare 18-28th June 2022

We stayed as a group of 7 friends for 10 nights. Lovely spacious well equipped villa with a fab pool. Good communication with mustafa. Who was helpful prior to arrival and once we arrived. Taxis into town cheap and easy to arrange. Only downside is the pool area feels quite enclosed, but it wasn’t too much of a problem as we spent most days out exploring. Wonderful stay, thank you 😊

Fantastic week at Villa Tera Mare

We are just back from a fantastic week at Villa Tera Mare. The Villa was just like it looked in the pictures. Loved the huge roof terrace with gorgeous views out to sea and Snake and Mouse island. The Villa is very well looked after and communication in regards to check in and transfers was all very smooth. Kalkan is a beautiful part of Turkey to visit. The people are so friendly, the quality of restaurants is very high and scenery is beautiful. Lots to do in the surrounding area. We had such a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended

Villa Tere Mare

We booked a very last minute trip to Turkey, and we found this little gem. The villa is spectacular and such a pleasure to live here for the week. We have had an amazing time. We had three adults and four children, and they have loved this place too. Mustaffa the owner is incredible, thank you so much to him for looking after us above and beyond. He made sure we had food the first night and helped us order pizzas, organised for water to be delivered, we had a welcome pack left for us which really did help us get by for the first night and day, thank you again, this was such a lovely touch. We are so grateful for everything you have done for us Mustafa, and for looking after us so well. 10 out of 10 place, you will not regret booking this villa.

Smooth communications with Tera Mare and local manager - Kaan, from booking to checkout. Kaan was very accommodating- we arrived at the villa at midnight. Very nice welcome basket on arrival. Kaan promptly responded to a couple of hiccups. We would gladly stay again.

Villa terra mare is absolutely beautiful, we had the best time! We were a group of 10 and although there are loads of sunbathing areas we all wanted to be together by the pool and there isn’t a massive amount of room on the pool patio but other than that it was incredible! Amazing location, the staff were very helpful and nearby restaurants and shops etc were amazing! Couldn’t recommend it more! We went end June beginning of July and it was ROASTING so the air con was extremely welcome but outside ceiling fans would make evening meals much more comfortable! Overall it was an incredible stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Très belle Villa avec très bon service

Nous étions 2 semaines en août 2019, 7 adultes et 2 bébés, et nous avons tous beaucoup aimé le grand confort de la Villa Tera Mare. Excellent service à l’accueil et pour toute question pendant le séjour. Décorée avec goût, belles grandes chambres, moderne. La vue est magnifique au bar, tout en haut, malheureusement pas du RdC (vue bouchée par une autre Villa).

Such a lovely stay - we’ll be back!

Fantastic accommodation - if anything, a little but nicer than the lovely photos suggest. The house was very well equipped, so it felt like a very comfortable and homely stay with everything that you needed at hand. Felt very supported by Derman, property manager, who went out of her way to help. Organized transport to and from the airport made those transitions very easy. Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir waren eine Familie mit 9 Personen, das Haus ist sehr groß auf mehreren Ebenen, top gepflegt, Küche gut ausgestattet. Schöner Pool. Die rooftop Bar ist sensationell! Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top im Vgl. zu anderen Ländern, wo wir auch schon Häuser gemietet haben. Reinigung des Aussenbereichs/Pool war auch täglich vorhanden. Mustafa ist bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle gewesen. Lokale und Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenso in 5 min fussläufig erreichbar. Weitere Bars, Restaurants und mehrere grosse Supermärkte mit dem Auto nach 5-10 min. Die Einheimischen sind außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Resümee: Sehr empfehlenswert, man hat dort alles was man braucht. Gerne wieder!

4 generations in one villa!

We had an amazing time in villa terra mate. Villa was everything we wanted and accurately described. Perfect for large families there was 10 of us ranging from 7 months to 72. there is lots of space to socialize and also places to hide away for a while. Kalkan a short taxi ride away (20 lira) is a lovely resort. Taxis are recommended as the area is very hilly. Only slight negative for me was the beds are quite hard but that's just me. If I manage to get my while family together again like this would definitely return.

Lovely family holiday villa.

We have just returned from a lovely two family holiday in this beautiful homely villa. The location of the villa was perfect in the quiet village of Kalamar with the beach club at the bottom of the road and plenty of restaurants within a five minute walk. We also walked the twenty minutes into Kalkan daily which had lots of lovely little shops and a huge selection of restaurants. The whole area was beautiful and gave us a lovely first impression of Turkey. The villa itself was beautifully presented and immaculate. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) and had lots of space to enjoy both company or peace and quiet. The area around the pool is quite small and doesn't get too much sun at this time of year but the fact that there are so many balconies and a huge rooftop area with a stunning view meant that this was not a problem! In fact it was a good excuse to make use of the rooftop bar! Our pool and pool area was maintained regularly throughout our stay and our host was available to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time to the area and found there was plenty to keep the children occupied without going far from the village. We will definitely be back!

Just a stunning family holiday

Villa Tera Mare was one of the first villas I looked at for our family holiday this year. We're a big family (11) and needed a big villa but not just any big villa, one that was filled with energy just like us. I fell in love with Tera Mare and couldn't chose another. I must say it didn't disappoint, everyone from the 62yr old to the 5yr old were impressed. Mustafa was a pleasure to work with and the site manager Derman was wonderful. If you're looking for a villa with style Tera Mare is the one, on our first morning Derman arrived with all of the information you will need for your entire stay, taxi numbers, restaurant recommendations, water delivery number etc and a pre credit phone to make calls. Villa Tera Mare is in a hillside town so expect hills but the views from the rooftop are breathtaking. The villa is clean and there is enough space to enjoy time together and time apart. Kalkan is a special place as is Villa Tera Mare.

Beautiful property with authenticity

My family and I had a great stay at Villa Terra Mare. It is located Kalamar Bay side of Kalkan so is a short taxi drive away from the main town and costs 20lira. The roof top bar has great views across the bay and we made use of watching the sunset here in the evening. Every bedroom was large and spacious and there were lots of different areas to the villa which meant you could also get some alone time if you wanted. The one point I would say let the villa down slightly was the fact there wasn’t a lot of space around the pool and the sun didn’t hit the sun beds until midday - but not a big deal breaker! Mustafa was a great host, he was contactable all the time and was always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this villa!!!

Wow, awesome, what a view!

What a beautiful space. It was clean, tidy and had been stylishly and tastefully appointed. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone. The weather, sea and food were amazing but the people were even better!!!

Great accommodation with amazing views

Beautiful venue, rooftop bar was amazing. 5 minute walk to local shop who will deliver with no problem. Always need a taxi into the centre of town but prices are reasonable and service is quick.

A thunderbolt in Kalkan

As a group of independent tavellers me and my friends chose to discover the Lycian region of Turkey. We came through this amazing villa on the web and that was like a thunderbolt. We immediately felt in love with the interior design and booked it. Once we arrived, the house was unpredictably better than it appears on the photos. A beautiful smell of cedar wood among the refined, authentic and colorful decoration - beside the ever smiling people who welcomed us - immediately put us into a very special atmosphere. The villa is clean, very well equipped and spacious. Although we were 10 of us, we could still enjoy a beautiful privacy. Rooms are very large, so the bathrooms and the beds the most comfortable we ever slept in. From the top roof terrace we could enjoy the most stunning view of the Kalamar bay, with its little islands and the beautiful turquoise color of the mediterranean sea. That was our best spot to enjoy drinks during the sunset. With our big surprise a nice complimentary welcome pack was offered to us, water, bread, breakfast stuff and a bottle of wine we used to celebrate our first top terrace evening happy hour. as far as the house charme, the location is lovely, 5 minutes walking from the best beach clubs, up to 10 minutes walking from the shopping markets, nice little boutique restaurants and cafés. That was the perfect location for our staying, as well as the efficient and precious tips and 24h assistance our hosts gave us to discover the unspoiled corners of the region. Kalkan itself is a pearl among the most touristic areas nearby, cosmopolitan and cool from where we came back with a bigger heart. Thank you guys, see you next year! Eleonora & co.

Villa Tera Mare

A beautiful villa with stunning views, please be aware that the area around is very very hilly. This villa just needs a bit of TLC and maintenance as some things getting a bit tired or not working however you would still love staying here. wouldn't say it was suitable for children or older people though. Kalkan is fantastic and the locals are so friendly and helpful. A really chilled vibe!
