Now taking bookings for 2026 | This is a fully licensed, beautiful modern two bed, two bath apartment in a block of 3, with a shared pool in Kalamar Bay, Kalkan.

With high ceilings and large rooms it is very cool in the hotter months. With an array of restaurants and convenience stores on your doorstep and only a fifteen-minute flat walk to Kalkan town, this apartment is ideally suited for guests of all ages.

The pool surround is spacious and great for dining, sunbathing, or simply relaxing.

Following several successful years renting with great reviews from our guests, bookings are now open for 2026 season.

Sylvana is a private, two bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment; one of only three individual units.

Both bedrooms and reception areas have air conditioning.

There is free WiFi available in the apartment.

The dining table for 4 on the terrace and 4 sun-loungers with cushions are available for private use.

There are also 2 umbrellas belonging to the apartment.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. (no microwave or coffee machine provided)

The washing machine can be found tucked away in a utility cupboard for your convenience.

A property supervisor is available to help with any minor maintenance issues and is only a phone call away.

Kalkan has many amazing beach clubs and is a short taxi ride away from the stunning beaches of Patara or Kaputas.

A Welcome Pack is provided on arrival including some essentials to get you started.

We have a cleaning service, where all linen and towels are changed on arrival day for stays up to and included 10 days. If your stay exceeds 10 days an additional one time clean will be provided.

Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. (Please request this)

If additional linens / towels are taken from the cupboards beyond the above rule/s please expect to be charged accordingly.

Bath and beach towels are provided, as well as a hair dryer and iron.

The apartment is situated within easy reach of local restaurants and only a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive into Kalkan town centre.

Free parking is available roadside in front of the apartment

I mainly interact with guests via email but am available for a chat if guests prefer.

I also send information regarding contact numbers and key access before your arrival.

The apartment is situated on a peaceful road in the Kalamar Bay region of Kalkan. This beautiful and sophisticated bougainvillea-covered harbour town is set in breathtaking landscape in the heart of the old Lycian region. Strict conservation laws have ensured that the heart of the old village retains an authentic ambiance that attracts (according to the Sunday Times) the sort of visitor who might also be enchanted by Tuscany or the Dordogne.
With its narrow, cobbled streets, set on the hill side, Kalkan has something to offer for everyone whether it be dining, drinking, dancing, shopping, sunbathing, sailing, or sightseeing - day or night. Along the harbour are restaurants and bars from where you can survey the unique wooden gulets returning from their day's voyage. The centre of the harbour is the focal point in Kalkan and the bazaar area is a maze of narrow, winding streets brimming with shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.

The TV has IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) - streaming service with hundreds of channels. Movies / Series / Live TV

We do not charge a deposit for breakages, however if you do have an accident please let us know so we can replace items for future guests.

Please can we also ask that you respect the items carefully purchased to make our home and the enjoyment of our guests we rent to a more personal and enjoyable experience.

PLEASE NOTE: There are occasional outages of electricity during the summer months. These are usually brief.

Management/Owners are unable to do anything about these events.

Water outages can also be experienced but we do have a reserve tank so you should not be affected by these.
