Villa Beatrice

We are delighted to include Villa Beatrice within our portfolio of luxury villas in the prestigious Komurluk district of Kalkan.

Located just to the east of the harbour and town beach, Villa Beatrice offers the most spectacular uninterrupted views across Kalkan bay towards the town.

Set out over three floors, this elegant villa is laid out as follows:
Ground floor (pool level):

The ground floor comprises an open plan living area and kitchen with sliding doors out to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom with its own dressing room and en-suite shower room on this floor with sliding doors from the bedroom leading out onto to the pool terrace.

The living room is furnished with two stylish sofas around a central coffee table, with a large Smart TV with Netflix available. The kitchen has a built in oven and microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, toaster, kettle, water cooler, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is also a marble topped kitchen counter with bar stools.
On the landing between this floor and the first floor is a door to the utility room that has a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests use. There is also an ironing board, iron and clothes airer.
First floor:
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large jacuzzi bath as well as a dressing room with ensuite shower room. The balcony leads to a private garden where some vegetables are grown and guests are welcome to help themselves. There is a patio with seating to enjoy the wonderful sea views too.

The second bedroom is a twin but can be made into a double on request. It has a large private balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the fabulous views across to the islands. The shower room is accessed across the landing.

Second floor (entry level):
There is a double bedroom on this level with access to a large private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and coffee table. This bedroom has use of a separate shower room on this floor.

Outside (ground floor level):

The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool with integral jacuzzi and can be heated (please see below for details on costs). The terrace is furnished with 6 sun-loungers as well as a double mattress sun lounger with integral wooden pergola. There is also a marble dining table with 10 chairs and a comfortable seating area all under the covered terrace. A built in bbq is also available and there is a double swing seat too!

The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for.

A small gate gives access to the slip road below that leads to Palm beach and the harbour front. Parking is also available above the villa.
