KATSANEIKO Kivirakennettu kartano, jossa on oma uima-allas

  • Kivirakennus perustettiin vuonna 1865. Säilytys on alueen mielenkiintoisin arkkitehtoninen rakennus. 2-kerroksinen kartano, jossa on 2 isoa makuuhuonetta-sviittiä, joissa on TFT-televisio DVD satelliittikanavilla ja kaapelitelevisio. Suuri täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutila ja parveke puutarhanäkymän yli. Suunniteltu suihkukaappi ja 60 m2: n iso sisäpiha, jossa on appelsiini-sitruunapuutarha ja korkeat kivirakenteiset seinät ympäröivät kaikki melu ja toivottuja uteliaisuuksia. Myös yksityinen 22 m2 uima-allas kiinteistössä, parkkipaikka puutarhassa 200 m2 puiden istutettu puutarha.
    Kaikki huonekalut on valittu arkkitehtonisen alkuperän mukaan tämän säilyttävän kartanon, 1900-luvun alkupuolen Kreikan jugendtyylistä).
    Ihanteellinen taiteen ystäville ja erityisesti niille, jotka haluavat poikkeuksellisen yksityisen loman ystävien tai perheen kanssa, erittäin keskeisellä paikalla, mutta hyvin yksityisesti ja kaukana kaikesta.

Wir verbringen seit 25 Jahren unseren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern. Noch nie hatte eines nur 10er Bewertungen. Daher war ich tatsächlich etwas skeptisch. Aber ich muss sagen, das ich mich den vorhergehenden Bewertungen absolut anschließe. Afythos ist ein hübsches kleines Städtchen. Als wir hier waren nicht mehr so überlaufen wie im August und daher für uns angenehmer. Es ist einfach genial den Trubel der Gassen zu verlassen und durch das Tor in diese kleine Paradies einzutauchen. Schlagartig befindet man sich in einer privaten Idylle. Genau wie auf den Fotos ist der Hof sehr gepflegt und bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet und bepflanzt. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Man hat die Qual der Wahl welches schöne Eckchen man denn nutzen möchte. Das Haus ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Roxanne ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Natürlich für uns perfekt, dass die Unterhaltung in deutsch geführt wurde. Wir werden sicher einmal wiederkommen und die Empfehlung auch an Freunde weitergeben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub

Traumurlaub

Wir haben tolle zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht - das alte Haus (dicke Mauern ließen die Hitze draußen), Lage, Garten, besonders der Pool, die Ausstattung, die Betreuung durch Roxanne,... alles passte. Leider mussten wir heute wieder abreisen.

Tolles Haus!

Die Unterkunft von Roxane ist super schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Es befindet sich direkt in Afytos und alles ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage bietet das Haus zusätzlich einen wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum entspannen, einen sehr schönen und sauberen Pool und einen Grillplatz. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Roxane ist eine tolle Gastgeberinn, die Kommunikation war immer sehr einfach und bei unserer Ankunft hat sie uns herzlich empfangen. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch selbst jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit!

This property is amazing. We did not miss anything and Roxanne is a very kind host. She took time to explain everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this property. The position is very conveniently in the middle of the village, 20 steps to a nice taverna. We will be back.

Der Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und engagiert dabei das Objekt in Schuss zu halten. Das Objekt ist ein bisschen abseits vom Trubel aber man ist in wenigen Minuten mittendrin. Metzger, Bäcker und Supermarkt erreicht man noch schneller zu Fuß. Rustikal aber sehr anspruchsvoll eingerichtet man hat alles was man braucht für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.

Tranquil property

We loved our stay at Katsaneiko and are definitely looking to come back, the property is stunning and the outside space is beautiful and we all loved the swimming pool, Roxanne was brilliant and really helpful, the house is excellently positioned for the village and it’s local restaurants etc..... perfect and relaxing place to stay !!!!!

Super Anwesen gemütlich in zentraler Lage. Dennoch ruhig und erholsam. Detail verliebte geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Im ältesten Haus von Afytos. Sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber in war, wenn gewünscht jederzeit zur Stelle. Selbst als wir nachts ankamen wartete sie auf uns,um uns die wichtigsten Dinge zu erläutern. A wonderful hidden gem in a typical Halkidiki village. The house has been kept in the style it was built 1865 but with all the necessary modern amenities. Our host Roxanne could not do enough for us if we required her. The gardens and pool were a delight and well maintained. Although situated in the centre of of the village its well secluded and private. As the tile suggest a Hidden Gem. Will definitely consider it for the future and recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this part of Greece. J.C and P Slate May 2019

The whole Experience was Amazing

We had the most amazing time at the Katsaneiko Mansion. It was just a brilliant experience. The village of Afytos is one of the prettiest villages in the whole of Halkidiki with its old stone homes and so close to the beautiful waters! The house for us was just amazing. It is full of character and very clean! Perfect for our little family as it also has a wonderful outdoor sitting area and off street parking and the beautiful comfort of your own private pool!!! So when you have had a busy morning swimming at the beach and want some quiet time you can relax by your pool!. You are within a minutes walk to all the little village has to offer, from little bakeries to small supermarkets with all you will need to yummy restaurants! Do try the one right next to the house it really has delicious food! Roxane was an amazing host, she showed us around and was easy to reach whenever we needed anything! I loved this house because its not your modern brand new home, and yet you have everything you could need! You feel the sense of privacy in a busy little village (although when we were there at the end of the season it was lovely and quiet!) I can see why her beautiful home is always booked out. A gem in Afytos! This space was perfect for us (we are a family of 3) but would also work I believe for two couples of a family or even 2 or 3 kids. Thank you Roxane we cannot wait to return again next year!! Our daughter loved everything especially the cats! See you soon!

A fantastic stay in a great property !

We loved everything ! The house and the garden are beautiful, the swimming pool is big (and very clean, Roxane came every other day to clean it), the house itself is very charming. The parking slot in the property and the barbecue are real pluses. Roxane has been very kind and helpful throughout our 10-day stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of Afytos : even if it is touristic, it is a traditional village with stone houses. And everything is close from the house: bakery, butcher, market, restaurants, the beach as well. We wanted to have rest in a peaceful atmosphere, we got it !

A hidden paradise in the middle of Kassandria's most gorgeous and historic village of Afytos!

We had an eye on the Mansion since a while but given its popularity we only managed to finally get a window this summer (of 11 days) - it was one feast of enjoying Roxana's making you feel quite comfortable, enjoying the gorgeous house with its exceptional equipment (who's had a dishwasher in reach b4?!), the relatively spaceous well kept pool, plus the paradise garden that in reality goes beyond what you've seen in the pictures... Just a dream. If you don't limit yourself to the Kassandra peninsula, a world of options for white beaches opens up as well on Sithonia (don't miss the dreamy old town of Nikiti) from where you will find on just a few kilometers in Ormillia a boat tour option along the beautiful Orthodox Monastries of Athos on the third peninsula etc etc. Since our plane returned exactly after a fortnight, we spent the last 3 nights in lively and lovely Thessaloniki, full of Alexander the Great's heritage combined with a so charming city center and shopping avenues - true: the crisis results are apparent but as Greek deeply rooted mentality guarantees: pride, energy and unsolicited friendliness are up front! Oops: I forgot to tell the unforgettable help of Roxana at any time, witness her immediate jump-over when we couldn't get the TV started at the World Football Cup Final: who'd leave his/her seat at that moment?! Guess :-)

Fantastic stay!

This property is just what you need for a great holiday! Lots (and I mean lots) of outdoor space with small, but comfortable interior. Bedrooms are comfortable and kitchen is big enough to cook a meal. Roxanne is great- she greeted us and checked in to see how we were. Cleaners also came mid week to change linen and towels. A 5 star service, and we will be back here if we are ever back in Afytos!

Beautiful house in amazing garden

Lovely village and house within walking distance of many taverns and shops. Quaint village with amazing beaches nearby. We would certainly love to return. A real gem!

Wonderful accomodation owned by a lovely helpful person.

We stayed at this house for one week as we were attending a wedding approximately 30 minutes drive away. We chose Afytos as it seemed a typical small Greek holiday village and we were not disappointed. The house was very centrally located and had all amenities and conveniences to hand. The house itself was lovely and the pool and barbeque area exceptional. Everything was kept very clean. The owner Roxanne could not have been more helpful. She organised our transfers to and from the airport and also arranged the best price taxi for us to travel to and from the wedding. I would highly recommend any family to stay at this accommodation.

Excellent

Lovely accommodation in an excellent area, very convenient to eat out and go to the local beach. Villa was cool in the exceptional heat and pool was very welcome. Would like to visit again sometime.

Super house for family holidays!

Very nice stone house, comfortable and well decorated. Perfect pool and garden. Very close to everything, wihout the noise and traffic of the center. The photos do not lie!!! Roxani has been a kind and discrete owner. We had perfect family holidays and we definitely recommend it!!

Very beautiful property

We had a short stay of four days in Afitos in early August and we are really glad to have picked this property for our holidays. The house was big, clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our stay. Roxanne, our hostess, was very welcoming, always available in case of questions and visited frequently in order to take care of the garden and the pool. As the house is stone built, it remained cool despite the summer heat. The pool was ideal for our early morning and late afternoon swims and the garden was very beautiful (disregarding some issues with the mosquitoes, which are inevitable in Greece during this time of the year). The house is ideally situated in the heart of Afitos whilst remaining very calm during day and night. The central square of the town, most restaurants and shops (supermarket, bakery etc.) are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Only minor inconvenience was that, due to the thick stone walls of the house, the WiFi connection was limited within the building and impossible in the garden and pool. I would definitely stay there again during another visit in Chalkidiki.

Perfect holiday!

We have stayed in Stone Mainson Katsaneiko beginning of July 2016, for 10 nights, a family of 2 adults and 3 small children. Worth to mention from the beginning that the property is much more beautiful then the pictures show. I was delighted the minute I stepped in the courtyard: the property has 2 access, one for the car also. You can access it from 2 different streets. The pool is perfect in size and temperature (between 30-31C) , and Roxanne used to come regularly to clean it: perfect spot for the kids when you skip the beach. The house itself is beautiful, with a kitchen and terrace at 1st floor, where you can lay if too hot outside. The house has 2 air-conditioning on each floor, both very efficient. I loved the location of the house, that is on a very quiet street, but 5 minutes from the taverns and ice cream place . It has the best bakery with best homemade ice cream. Also, nearby there is a small family restaurant with very good food, from which you can order and have your meal nearby the pool, if you won't care to reach a restaurant or the kids are hungry and need to be fed immediately:). Perfect set-up when you have kids and those who have small kids know that sometimes logistics can be difficult . There are beautiful beaches around Afytos(which itself is a very chic and charming traditional village) , we used to go each day on a different beach. We liked very much Niobu beach, Glarokavos(recommended by Roxanne) and Sani. Roxanne is a very nice person, very relaxed and friendly. We liked her very much (and our kids too:) and this is also an important part of a holiday : the quality of the people you encounter. She's top quality, just loved her. All in all, for us it was an excellent holiday: kids enjoyed very much the beach, the sea and the pool, plenty of space for their sleep in the house, quiet location , wonderful food at taverns, great house, great host!
