”The hotel is situated at the highway it's not accessible for tourist with mobility disabilities and even pedestrians to venture the attractions such as the Baku Eye. ”Not sure how this hotel can have such good reviews on Expedia! Hotel is ok, location is great within old town - very walkable to most attractions and metro. However the rooms are hit or miss. We had 2 "city view" rooms. One had a nice view, one had a view on wall 1m away! Curtains with holes, wallpaper falling apart in a few places. Issues with toilet.
