âExcellent hotel, felt more expensive than it actually was. Pool and Ă la carte breakfast in sister hotel Theatro and those were absolutly luxurious. Rooms were modern and clean and the staff in Nuovo always so friendly. Not as friendly in Theatro but good enough. Hotel was quite small and not too crowded on September. We enjoyed our stay so much and if I ever come to Crete again I want to stay in this same hotel again.â

The rudest guy at the front desk barely spoke to us, did not find our reservation and did not bother to look into it in any way. Just refused to give us a room and insisted it's not his problem. We were thrown out in the middle of the night, not helped to find another hotel (the place is in a residental area, not many services...

âThe owners were friendly and helpful. The property had simple amenities in the room but everything was clean. We enjoyed the lovely pool and the view from the pool area. We were very happy we chose Thalia Bloom Villa Apartments and want to thank the owners for making our trip spectacular. Only suggestion is that the address does not come up on Maps so finding the location was a bit of a a treasure hunt initially. â
