Regarding the noise as you know we are located just 1 minute walk from the central of tourist hub thamel but we do have double glaze soundproof window for guest comfort which you might have forget to close it while you were in the room so that you don't hear noise from outside. Regarding the bugs as you mention during your stay we didn't find such issue with any guest from past 2 years but as soon as we heard such things we have changed your room to another floor with upgrade room and informed for our pest control next day so that it won't repeat to other guest. We heartily apologize for any inconvenience that was caused to you and for the refund as we moved to another upgrade room so it won't be reliable to ask for refund. If so then you have to contact your booking sites because you have booked from online website. Once again thank you for staying with us and we hope this incident will not make you away to come back to Avataar.
