Majatalot – Kathmandun laakso

”I would warmly recommande the place, very clean, quiet area, helpfull staff Plus: next to Lhasa tibetan restaurant, very good momo there”

Although the building is in a traditional and atmospheric style, it has been very well renovated and maintained. The breakfast, featuring homemade bread, was excellent in both quality and...

”As an infrequent traveller and senior citizen, I appreciated the very pleasant and generous assistance with phone, navigation and general issues. I enjoyed being in the older traditional artistic area. Shakya House was beautiful, comfortable and secure. I would love to stay again.”

”Building was brand new, located in a path and not accessible to the road and taxi couldn’t fit into the hotel building.”

”mins away from the square, nice and helpful staff, with air conditioning and hot shower. However, when you google Sweet Inn, the location is incorrect. Whwn you arrive Sweet Inn, looks for the name Sweet Home nearby.”

”I’m from the U.S. but Tanani is our favorite place to stay in Kathmandu (Lalitpur). It is a very beautiful home designed by the owner and managed by the owner. I wouldn’t stay any where else when I come to Kathmandu. Even now, I still have communication with the owners, Shova and Dinesh. They are very friendly and courteous and treat everyone as welcomed guests in their home. It is very clean and well maintained! ”
