”We enjoyed our stay even we had to argue with the staff (I guess it was manager) to get the deluxe double room we booked because they gave us the standard room first. So that was unpleasant for us. But the rooms are really nice- big restroom as well. Also great breakfast. Just some dogs barking from time to time was kinda annoying during the night. So in total I’d recommend but make sure that you’ll end up in the room you booked. ”

”Apart from the location (which was not too bad considering we had a car), everything was great. The hotel was very pleasing to the eye and the staff was extremely attentive to our needs. Having had some trouble with hot water in some other accommodations I have had recently, it was a great touch that when we were escorted into our room, the person doing so actually checked that there's hot water in there. ”Sauberes Zimmer. Personal war freundlich. Der Schlüssel hat leider gehangen und wir brauchten Hilfe um zuzusperren. Das Keypad neben der Tür außen war nur zur Zierde. Das eigene Restaurant war gut, mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Frühstück hat gepasst. Ohne Auto/ Roller kommt man zu Fuß jedoch nirgends hin -> keine Gehwege und eine mehrspurige vielbefahrene Straße. Für eine Nacht hat es allerdings gepasst.”

”Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe. Auf dem kurzem Weg zum Strand gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am Strand gibt es Schirme und Liegen vom Hotel. Das Zimmer was sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, für jeden was dabei. Parken konnten wir in der Tiefgarage- einfach den Schlüssel abgeben und Auto parken lassen. ”

"The location of the hotel is the best there could be. Nice lobby area. Rooms dated and hot. When asking about getting the room cooler (there is seemingly airconditioning), they just tell you to open the window. And it doesn't help much. No wifi in my room. After constant complaints after four days they finally fixed it. No apology. The tour companies send whatsapp messages late in the evening about nex't morning's tours, so I ended up several times getting a coat over my nightgown to get a connection elsewhere in the hotel. When we asked for directions the BunkArt bus stop (11) they gave us total opposite where the bus stop was. When I told about the noisy nighttime party in a neighboring room, they just stare at you. The cleaning lady was good and male waiter in the restaurant. The rest of the staff need serious training."
