”It was great to have the airport shuttle for convenience. The only negative is that we wanted to eat in the restaurant and we were told we had to have reservations and the next available was an hour wait. There was an abundance of tables and we had been traveling all day and were very tired. We ate in the bistro and the food was good.”
”Self-service check-out was nice and easy but self-service check-in had some technical issues. I did receive help from the staff but what I don’t understand is if there is staff available, couldn’t they have just checked me in? Now I had to write down all the information myself while the staff was standing next to me doing nothing. That’s just weird to me! Anyhow the hotel was beautiful, clean and silent. Very good location next to the metro!”

Peili on kaukana, joten jos halua meikata tai ajella partaa hyvin niin saa nojailla eteenpäin nähdääkseen paremmin. Hanan säätönuppi törmää lavuaariin. Suihkussa ei ole ovea, joten lattia on märkä myös muuaalla kun suihkualueella. Suihku jää joskus tiputtelemaan pisaroita, kunnes on tyhjentynyt. Hotellin käytävillä haju...

"Very clean, modern space, friendly staff, comfy beds. AC was fantastic during a heatwave. Conveniently close to public transportation and walking distance to key sights. Bathrooms do not offer much privacy but traveling with family/as a couple this was fine. "
"We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several issues made our experience far below expectations for a five-star establishment.
Firstly, the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Although we were repeatedly assured it would be repaired soon, this never happened. As a result, we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every time we needed to access our room. Had we known the issue would persist, we might have requested a room change, but the lack of transparency made the situation unnecessarily frustrating.
Secondly, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On two occasions, I ordered an omelette with cheese, specifically noting that I cannot eat pork. However, the first order arrived with ham, and the second with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel, where such dietary requirements should be handled with care and attention to detail.
While we recognize there may have been positive aspects to the hotel, these significant shortcomings greatly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay."

I wasnt able to do so because of my duties in the city. So I had to go to my meeting without the possibility to go to my room to change my clothes, etc."
