Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. ”BEWARE! I stayed at two separate properties in Katy owned/operated by Haven Point Rentals. Both were clean with modern decor. I was only in the first rental for one night since it had a musky odor, and I noticed mold on the shower ceiling, and obvious mold growth around the primary bed A/C vent. I was in the rental due to mold remediation in my own home so it was concerning! I was told they would send someone to paint it. Really? I was placed in a second rental next day. That rental had bees...
