”Within hours of check-in, we texted our concerns re: filthy/moldy and then inoperable a/c (advertised as new and great); the problem was never resolved. There was no responsiveness to our repeated text communications to Guest Svs and we never were given the opportunity to speak with a live person from Vacasa during our stay. The faulty, very loud, and basically non-operational unit (stopping every few minutes 24/7 due to overflow in a tiny reservoir, requiring lifting and draining to resume)...
