”We had room 121 and the room was not the quality we usually get through Best Western. I believe it was a handicap room which we didn't need. The room was not up to our standards this time. Also when housekeeping comes to clean the room they never restock the coffee.”

”Could have been lots better!! Better signage to find the room. You could tell the sign. Used to be there but was removed or fell off and no one bothered to put it back. The room needed repair- broken ac unit and really needed a deep clean. There was dust everywhere. Bathroom had mold on the shelf, not sure where the water was coming from but there was water behind the toilet that had bad caulk job. The countertop and floor directly under were slanted like it was in desperate need of repair....

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...
