”We had a lovely stay. Mr. Ryo went above and beyond to welcome us and help us procure dinner reservations for our large family group. Our room was well appointed, attractive, and comfortable. The bathroom was like a spa!
A fifteen minute walk in various directions got us to exciting markets, or the train station, or high-end shops.
Loved our stay at Hotel Muso.”

”Great apartment for families. Very spacious. Easy and beautiful 15-20 min walk to Gino street or main tourist area. Close to subway. Temple right outside hotel. Beautiful. Free happy hour of beer and sake everyday. I would stay here again and I’m very picky. ”

”The hotel was great, it was pretty central to a bunch of shopping and it was also close to alot of bus stops and stations. it wasn't more than a 15 minute walk to the farthest stations we needed to get to where wanted. Some where just right there near the hotel. It's basically in the center of a shopping area with clothes, animal cafe's knifes food stalls.
They also had pretty good free coffee and surprisingly free sake (which we didn't really part take of but it was a nice surprise.) The...

"The hotel is located nicely in the middle of a shopping area and not too far from 2 different subway lines. Only downside with the location is that a taxi cant really get right infront of the hotel but it's not a long walk (3 minutes) from the closest drop off location.
Checking in and out is easy and quick with the self service desks and there is staff to help if you require assistance.
Didnt have much interraction with the staff except for one at reception and the cleaning staff of the floor and all were very friendly.
Only downside (for me) was how hard the bed was but that's a preference thing.
With all that said unless the hotel prices itself out it will stay on my radar for when I come to Kyoto again (6 days is not enough!)."
"Parasta hotellissa oli sen "kylpyläosasto" eli Onsen.
Onsen oli monipuolisin ja laadukkain koko matkallamme ja selittää varmasti sen miksi hotellilla on huippu arvostelut.
Hotellin siivoustaso jättää hieman toivomisen varaa, mutta yleisesti ottaen paikka on riittävän siisti. Lisäksi sängyt olivat omaan makuuni epämukavia ja tyyny lähes hyödytön. Joten aivan 10/10 kokemusta paikka ei tarjonnut.
Paikka tarjoaa ehkä vähän koomisen paljon kaikkea pientä kivaa asiakkailleen. Löytyy ilmaista jäätelöä, teetä ja kahvia sekä iltapalaksi ilmainen ramen. Hieman erikoinen toimintamalli, mutta piristi matkaa."
