”Nice room”

”Only stayed one night but for what we needed, The Kent was great. Room looked exactly like the pictures, fairly updated floors and furniture. TV and A/C both worked which was a blessing in +30 weather. Motel is right on the main downtown strip, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for one or two nights.”

”I would stay again”

”I stayed here for four nights. The room was clean and quiet. Quiet until the fourth day when a woman with a dog occupied the room beside me. She left the dog in the room for three hours and it barked non-stop. So, be prepared to hear your neighbor if you are unfortunate enough to have one who is inconsiderate. Otherwise, for the price, this hotel is worth the stay. There's several places to eat within a two to five minute walk.”

”The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and enough choices for breakfast to get you going with your day.”

”The suite is old, and so may not appeal to everyone. It doesn't have AC so could be a hot box in summer, but there are plenty of fans and lots of open windows. There is lovely, tiny balcony off the kitchen, facing the back garden. I stayed for just one evening and was quite comfortable. The place suited me perfectly. A must is to walk around the acre or so garden. Margaret is a lovely, friendly host. She recommended a decent restaurant just a couple of hundred metres away. I sampled the...

”Stayed here for a wedding nearby and the stay was great! The room was very clean and spacious! The staff are very polite and informative with any and all questions asked! I don’t usually like breakfast at hotels but I must say that this one surprised me! So much to choose from and lots of seating! I would return again and recommend to our friends & family!”

”We had a great time here, Stephanie and Dave made us feel at home, from welcoming us in, taking pictures of us without us having to ask them, a celiac friendly breakfast, water sports and friendly fellow visitors! It was a last minute getaway for us and it did not feel like we needed anything as they have thought of everything we would possibly need. Thank you guys, we will be back ❤️”

”We stayed for one night at the end of June. Absolutely zero complaints. Hotel is only 1 month old so everything is new. Room was spacious and quiet. Restuarant / pub on site was a bonus although we only used it for the free breakfast which was basic but good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and we will stay there again.”
