”We booked our room for the balcony and the river view when we arrived we had to be put into another room which was small no balcony and a view of the parking lot. We had to change rooms bc it does not tell you that the hotel is two different parts and to go for breakfast you have to go outside and to use the pool you have to go outside and back in. Which is very inconvenient for having a toddler getting places and too cold for after swimming. Also in our room the first night someone left the...

”Price was high. Staff and hotel was great.”

”We have stayed here for any years, at least 3 times per year. We go to Lindsay for dog shows. This is one of our favorite hotels. The property is always in good condition and clean. The staff are fabulous. did not get to use the pool this time but have in the past and love it”

”Front desk was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very up to date. Bathroom sink is very difficult to use, sprays everywhere. TV very difficult to use and slow. One major issue we had was the maid barged into our room to clean before our check out time, without even bothering to knock first. Was very uncomfortable and unprofessional on her part. Other than that, we still had a decent stay, I found the beds very comfortable and appreciated the friendliness of the front...

”The hotel comes with a great view!”

”We went there on our wedding night. Just out of town so we could be away for one night. The service was great. At night there were hockey kids running and screaming and banging the halls. Totally inappropriate, especially when not all guests are there for hockey. I couldn't find the phone in the room. Didn't realize they moved them from the side table by the bed to the desk. When we woke and were checking out I informed them of our disappointment at the desk. Basically said no one else...

”They were easy to deal with. Good Breakfast and room.”

”Margaret the host is lovely and the space was exactly what we needed. The suite is clean, comfortable and private. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the private balcony. We would definitely book again!”

”Rooms very clean and spacious”

”Bedbugs! .. no complimentary coffee in the rooms .. loud partier's all night .. specifically to my room there was blood splatter on the walls, we moved a mattress and there was blood stains on the box spring, damage on bathroom door both sides damage on entrance door the hinges were torn off, something crazy happened in that room and they still rent it .. it looks to me like it's under New management by new Canadians .. enough said”

”Excellent all around”

”I went as a solo traveller in fall on a work trip. I was upgraded to a room with a porch and a view. The staff were excellent. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. My room was very comfortable. I would like to go back in season and stay in a cottage.”
