Our apartment is in Gudauri, Penta Invest (or Burjanadze apartments). You can directly ski to the house from the ski slope (Ski Track 1). The apt is perfect for groups of friends, families (with kids)&couples. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our apartment has its own dining area, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. the apartment has its own bathroom, an android TV, and Free Wi-Fi (30MB/SC). A balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and ski lifts 1 &2

My apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while enjoying the slopes and the stunning mountain views. There are ski depot lockers available for guests on the ground floor of the building. You can rent skis or snowboards next to our building. The location of the apartment is also perfect for those looking to explore the ski resort and surrounding area. Gudauri offers some of the best skiing in Georgia, with its long ski runs and well-groomed slopes. The resort also boasts a variety of après-ski activities and entertainment options, making it the perfect destination for a winter vacation.
