”Spend 2 nights in Kaya Thermal Izmir hotel and all was good, food was really good and also service. Bit far from the centre of Izmir but since it was all about being relaxed and have a good time it didn´t bother at all. A quiet surrounding.”

”Hotellin henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja avuliasta, siisteystaso oli hyvä, kattoterassin allasalue oli hyvä ja rauhallinen ainakin aamuaikaan. Otimme ensiksi kolme yötä, mutta sen jälkeen päätimme jatkaa majoittumista vielä seuraavat kolme yötä. Hotelliin onnistui kirjautua sisään kello kolmelta yöllä, mikä oli iso plussa. Aamupala oli mielestäni kattava ja löysin sieltä kaiken tarvittavan. Hotellin läheltä löytyy pieniä kauppoja ja keskusta on ihan lähellä. Ainoa miinus tulee, että majoituimme...

”Very nice hotel with all that is required for a short stay. This property is ideal as a base to visit nearby Ephesus and other interesting sites. It is located near the Izmir main station and about 10 min walk to the down town water front area. There are many take aways around serving Turkish food. The hotel is good value for money / quality”

”My room had such a beautiful view and was very comfortable. The staff were great. The location is a short walk to the museum, shops, and port. I hope to stay at Variante again soon. One thing: if you are arriving from the metro (Konak Station) you will walk up very steep hills to get to the hotel. It is a good workout!”

”We booked another hotel first but it didn’t work out so I found this one. We were so happy about the hotel. The people who worked there were great and nice and it was such a relief to us to know some of the staff speaks English. When we asked questions or wanted help, they were ready to help us. Especially the two guys working there. Thank you so much for you two doing the extra for us. The hotel itself was so clean and modern. The location was great as well. ”The hotel is new, so the facilities are intact. Howeger, managers of the hotel we're not helpful and friendly when we needed to solve an issue: a light blue dress got rust dots from the hungers. We asked for a reimbursement but they refused to compensate. Also, pillows were extremely large, and once again hotel management refused to help us by finding smaller pillows, so we couldn't sleep properly for 3 nights. The best parts of the whole stay were a friendly girl at the reception and a waiter...
