The hotel was amazing, the rooms and bathrooms were huge and everything you could want. The staff at check in were not great though. The tv didn’t work properly either. 4 night stay. Breakfast staff quite unnatentive. Appear to prioritise coach tour parties to the detriment of independent guests. We stayed here around 4 years ago and it was noticeably better then. Breakfast items and crockery not topped up or replenished.
